Refund & Return Policy

At Rhea Creations, we take pride in crafting each of our handmade soy and gel wax candles with care and attention. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, this Refund & Return Policy explains your options.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.

  • In the original packaging, with no signs of damage.

• Customized or personalized candles are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Used candles.

• Sale or clearance items.

• Gift cards.

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged candle, we are happy to replace it. Please contact us with images of the product within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

We carefully package every candle, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item.

• We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

• Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
